How long will my order take?
Most No Hurry products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, product availability, or high-volume periods
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily. Because products can be fulfilled at different facilities, an order may arrive in more than one shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because No Hurry products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or for buyer's remorse. Please review the product information and sizing before ordering. current policy follows this same made-to-order rule.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Contact No Hurry at nohurryaz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Eligible problems can be resolved with a replacement or refund. Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective products need to be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after its estimated delivery window. Lost-in-transit claims need to be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us as quickly as possible. The shipping address may be changeable while an order is still being fulfilled, but once the package has shipped, NOHURRY can no longer change the address. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect address was provided.
